This is an application for a reservation. Please download and review Clubhouse Rental Guidelines. By completing this online reservation you are agreeing to comply with all requirements listed in the Clubhouse Rental Guidelines.

The rental includes the Hawthorne Clubhouse great room and kitchen but does not include the pool or exercise room. The rental fee is $150 and the maximum capacity is 60.

Homeowners renting the clubhouse will attend a brief pre-event and post-event walkthrough of the clubhouse. A checklist will be used by the agent/committee before and after the rental event to determine whether the event caused any damage to the facility.

The clubhouse reservation and rental fee can be processed and paid here. Please check the portal calendar for date availability before booking. Any dates already reserved will be marked on the calendar.

In the event of a cancellation by a homeowner only $100.00 will be refunded unless it is a cancellation of less than 24 hours prior to the event, then only $50.00 will be refunded. A full refund will be made for exceptional circumstances beyond the renter's control, such as extreme weather events or a family illness or death.

All reservations must be made at least 10 business days in advance of the event and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
