• Association Disclosures
• A disclosure if known violations exist on the subject property

This package contains a certificate with the answers and documents to comply with Texas Property Code, Title 11, Chapter 207.003
 but does not include the two page Texas Real Estate Commission form titled Subdivision Information, Including Resale Certificate for Property Subject to Mandatory Membership in a Property Owners' Association or "TREC Form 37-5". This form is not required but may be added to your order. If added the TREC Form 37-5 will be completed and included with the completed PDF Resale Package sent via DocuSign to the email address provided with this order.
